This is the best auto shop in upstate NY. It is owned and operated by a local Christian family, and they live out the Word in the way they do business. Always fair, always honest. Top notch customer service. If you need a new car, they will get what you want and they are completely transparent in their pricing process. Warranty on used cars is best in class. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

You cannot find a better auto shop. My family has had Integrity fix everything from oil leaks to electronic lock issues. I take my truck, my wife's car, my motorcycle and my trailer all down there. My oldest daughter bought her car there. Fair prices for phenomenal work. Palmyra is lucky to have such a wonderful business!
