Excellent customer service in store. When we got our gorgeous furniture home we thought we were missing something and called, not only did they help us find the parts (in the other parts of the bed) but they offered an after hours number in case we had anything else to ask. Wonderful experience overall! Couldn't be happier!
I had an issue with a mattress almost 5 years old. They stood behind it completely. ...I chose a new one..they ordered it and delivered it promptly.
WARNING!! Do not get furniture from here! We paid for a complete living room set..did not get the two side tables since the only ones they had in stock were damaged..the sofa we got was delivered with a tear in the fabric. They said they would fix it but never did. And the ottoman took almost 4 months to finally arrive, which I had to pick up even though we paid for delivery. All in all I spent over $2000.00 dollars on furniture and received only 1/3 of what I paid for and the quality is horrible! Do you think we got a refund or an apology? Nope. And a side note their store is am absolute wreck! They keep furniture in a mechanics shop located in the back lot.
