My first night here and the apartment below me has been BLASTING their music for the past 2 and a half hours. Its 1230 on Sunday morning now. Not to mention their dog has been barking for the past 3 hours with no attention paid to it. Awesome first night! 100% contacting the landlord first thing in the morning.
