I love using the smart coupons, manufacture coupons and rebating. Their regular prices are usually less expensive than other places in town, unless there are phemonal sales. When I have been over charged, usually no hassle getting it back.

Staff isn't very friendly. Usually seems like they see customers as a nuisance more than anything.
